3 easy tools to get you confident quickly:
Here’s an easy way to get confidence for you. Many people tell me that they already know about this method but knowing is not the same as being able to. To really have some great results you have to play it all out and JUST DO IT.
Have a quiet moment by yourself and think this through and the outcome will be surprising if you commit yourself truly.
- Think of a specific moment where you want to get confidence, it has to be specific and attached to a situation/place/time. Clarity in what you really want support confidence.
- Think through how you want to act in that specific moment. What words do you say to yourself with your inner dialog. What questions do you think of (make sure they are positive questions to support your task) How do you focus on what’s really important in that very moment.
- Visualize that moment by closing your eyes and imagine what you say/think/focus on in a relaxed and confident way. See yourself dealing with the task in a relaxed and confidence way. Rehearse it as many times you like until you feel you can do it without effort. This way your subconscious mind get programmed to support you in your task.
This works like any other kind of workout, the more you do it the easier it will get. And any area you invest time in becomes stronger and you will get confidence in that area of your life. This method is pretty quick though and you don’t need years to have great results. You will feel stronger and more resourceful after a few times and that will motivate you to do some more. Practice makes perfect!
